Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your uStore account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any accessories or manuals are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
